Oatmeal Diaries Days 4,5,6,7 and 8

Guess what? All of these days I have actually kept up with the Oatmeal. Apparently, I shouldn’t mix blueberries with milk. According to my mom, anything sour with milk is virrudh aahar so I decided today that I wasn’t going to incorporate blueberries in with the oatmeal but have a handful sometime later in the day. So all these days, I have had oatmeal for breakfast and am not yet tired. Turns out, I like cinnamon roll flavor the best. Tried Banana-bread flavor too but am not THAT great a fan. Of all the Quaker Instant Oatmeal packs that I tried, Cinnamon roll takes the cake - haven’t gotten to trying the Original pack yet.

Dang it!
Maybe once the doodh ka halwa is totally gone, it will actually start making a difference.
And exercise? Aaaah we will eventually get to it too.

    aah finally an update here! I have been promising myself to start with 2 things 1. Oats breakfast 2. Exercise . But for reasons unknown the plan is still on the paper, now that I found a research paper here that tells that “Total lost” is negative (negatively positive is negative), it’s time I appoint a house parliamentary committee headed by my wife that submits report in 9-10 yrs about good and bad affects of Oat meal. Later after appointing another committee to study the recommendation made in the report, i shall plan to implement the recommendations in phases.. oh i am tired of typing this.. where my snack! *gulp *gulp.. aah feeling better. welcome to the “Eat-Now-Exercise NO” club!
